1. Overview
Each product offered by The Studs Valley is individually handcrafted with precision, care, and artistic detail. Because every item is uniquely made by hand, minor variations in texture, shade, or finish are natural and enhance the authenticity of the piece.
To preserve the longevity, finish, and integrity of your handcrafted jewelry, we request customers to follow the below care and handling guidelines strictly.
2. General Care Guidelines

Handle all items with clean, dry hands to prevent transfer of oils or moisture onto the jewelry.

Avoid dropping, bending, or applying force to the product, as handcrafted pieces may be delicate and prone to breakage if mishandled.

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, humidity, and extreme temperatures.

Keep each piece separately wrapped or stored to avoid scratches or surface friction.

Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics, or chemicals, which may tarnish or degrade the finish.

Clean gently using a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use alcohol, polish, or cleaning agents.
3. Water & Heat Exposure

Our jewelry is resistant to light splashes of water, such as accidental contact for up to approximately 20 minutes.

However, products should not be soaked or submerged in water or any liquid for more than 30 minutes, as this may cause surface dullness, adhesive weakening, or material softening.

Avoid wearing pieces during bathing, swimming, or heavy physical activity that may cause sweating.

Do not expose items to open flame, ovens, heaters, or direct sunlight for extended periods; excessive heat may alter color, shape, or finish.
4. Wear & Storage

Always remove jewelry before sleeping, exercising, or applying lotions and sprays.

When not in use, store items in their original protective box or pouch supplied by The Studs Valley.

Keep products away from sharp objects or metal surfaces that can cause abrasion.

For long-term storage, include a small desiccant pouch (silica gel) to protect against humidity.
5. Product Materials Disclaimer
Each product is created using high-grade, artist-approved materials selected for durability, finish, and comfort. However, due to the handcrafted nature and mixed-media process, natural differences will exist from piece to piece.
Such distinctions are not considered defects and will not be grounds for returns or refunds under our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Hygienic Handling

Jewelry is classified as a personal wear item; therefore, once worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Customers are responsible for maintaining proper care and storage to ensure product safety and hygiene.

Intentional misuse, negligent care, or exposure to damaging substances voids eligibility for any warranty or refund.
7. Product Maintenance

Regularly check clasps, hooks, or connecting components to ensure they are secure.

If a piece becomes loose or slightly misaligned, do not attempt to repair it manually. Instead, contact support@thestudsvalley.com for guidance or professional maintenance advice.

Do not use glue, polish, or other repair substances without manufacturer authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Studs Valley shall not be liable for damages, deterioration, or loss resulting from:

Improper handling, exposure to moisture, chemicals, or heat.

Failure to follow the prescribed care instructions.

Normal wear and tear due to age or use.
All responsibility for product upkeep after delivery lies solely with the customer.
9. Updates to Care Policy
The Studs Valley reserves the right to update, amend, or revise this Care & Handling Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version shall apply to all purchases made after the date of revision, while earlier purchases remain covered under the version effective at the time of order.
