At The Studs Valley, each piece is handcrafted with precision, care, and artistic craftsmanship. Due to the handmade nature and hygiene considerations of our jewelry and accessories, we maintain a strict and transparent return and refund policy.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

  • The customer must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • The customer must provide photo or video proof of damage or defect at the time of receiving the order.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • Products that show signs of wear or usage.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, exposure to water, heat, or chemicals after delivery.

  • Custom-made, one-of-one editions, or personalized orders, as these are specially crafted and cannot be resold.

  • Products returned for reasons other than genuine damage or defect (e.g., change of mind, personal preference, or unboxing for content purposes).

3. Hygiene Policy

For the safety and comfort of our customers, used or worn jewelry cannot be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances. This policy ensures hygiene integrity and maintains the authenticity of our handmade products.

Any fraudulent attempt to return used products will be treated as intentional misuse and may result in a criminal offense under applicable law.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return, please contact our support team at support@thestudsvalley.com within the specified return window.
Our team will verify the claim and provide further instructions.
If approved, the product must be shipped back using the address and method provided in our confirmation email. Unauthorized or unapproved returns will not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

  • In case of payment gateway charges or transaction fees, such fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds are not applicable for items that are ineligible for return or that violate our hygiene standards.

Partial Refunds:
In certain cases (e.g., minor defects, missing packaging, or delayed claim), The Studs Valley may issue a partial refund or store credit, solely at its discretion.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched, shipped, or in transit.

  • Cancellation requests made after shipment or arrival at the delivery hub will not be accepted.

  • Orders already delivered are not eligible for cancellation.

  • In case of pre-dispatch cancellations, any associated processing or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is approved due to damage or defect, The Studs Valley will bear the shipping cost.

  • In all other cases, including buyer’s remorse or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

8. Fraudulent or Malicious Returns

Any intentional misuse of the return or refund process — including false claims, tampering, or product substitution — will be considered fraudulent activity.
Such cases will result in denial of future purchases, blacklisting of the user account, and may attract legal action under applicable laws.

9. Products Damaged During Shipping

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with visual proof (photos or videos). We will investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution — replacement, store credit, or refund — based on the situation.

10. Disclaimer

As all products are handmade, slight variations in color, design, texture, or finish are natural and part of the artistic process. These do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for return or refund.

11. Updates to Policy

The Studs Valley reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version shall apply to all orders placed after the date of update, while earlier orders will remain governed by the previous version.
