2. Shipping Timelines

All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Average delivery time across India is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
In rare or unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or courier delays, delivery may take up to 14 business days.
Orders placed during sales, holidays, or festive seasons may experience additional processing time.

3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

We partner exclusively with trusted third-party logistics and courier providers for secure and timely deliveries.
Customers will receive a tracking link once the order has been dispatched. Tracking may be accessed through the courier’s website or third-party portals.
The Studs Valley is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Any re-delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or refusal to accept delivery may incur additional shipping fees payable by the customer.
For orders qualifying for free shipping, such eligibility will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

5. Packaging & Handling

Every product is hand-packed and sealed to ensure maximum protection during transit.
If a parcel appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, customers are advised to refuse acceptance and contact our support team immediately at support@thestudsvalley.com with supporting photographs or video evidence.

6. Domestic Shipping Only

At present, The Studs Valley ships only within India.
International shipping options will be announced as and when available through official communication on our website.

7. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order is delivered to the provided shipping address.
The Studs Valley will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after successful delivery confirmation by the courier.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled before dispatch. Once the order is packed or handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer permitted.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are “In Transit” or have reached the customer’s local delivery hub.
No cancellation requests will be accepted after delivery of the product.
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, any transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund.
The Studs Valley reserves the right to cancel any order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incomplete address, refusal to accept, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the buyer will be responsible for:

Re-shipping fees for a new delivery attempt, or
Deduction of applicable charges if requesting a refund instead.

10. Delays Beyond Control

The Studs Valley shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, customs hold-ups, or government restrictions.
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and alternate resolutions will be provided where feasible.

The Studs Valley reserves the right to update or amend this Shipping & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The revised version will apply to all orders placed after the effective date of such update.
